Exhibitor Prepaid Material Handling Discount

Manage your budget and save money by taking advantage of this convenient Exhibitor Prepaid Material Handling Discount. International Vision Expo East 2012 is pleased to offer a 10% discount to its exhibitors on material handling charges when prepaid by March 02, 2012.

UPS One Click to Ship

Use your own UPS account for International Vision Expo & Conference shipping. The UPS Freight Rating and Shipping Tool provides a quick way for you to get rates, create Bill of Lading shipping documents and request pickups. This program applies to UPS Freight LTL (less than truckload) service and is NOT intended for UPS small package shipping services.

Unofficial Contractors

Vision Expo East warns exhibitors to exercise caution when dealing with or responding to solicitations from unofficial contractors offering services for the show.

Each year in the months just prior to Vision Expo East, unofficial contractors target show exhibitors with emails and faxes in attempt to solicit orders for show services (i.e., carpet, advertising, shipping, etc.). Some of these solicitations may bear the Vision Expo East name and logo with the intent of confusing o r misleading exhibitors into thinking that the contractors sending them information are associated with Vision Expo East. Exhibitors should report misleading or deceptive solicitations they may receive from unofficial contractors to Vision Expo Management.

Vision Expo East maintains a list of Official Vision Expo East Vendors. Exhibitors are not required to use Official Vision Expo Vendors, but please be aware that outside contractors must be approved by the show and may require exhibitors to pay additional costs. Exhibitors may also incur other financial obligations in the event their designated contractors fail to perform.

BEWARE of the Fair Guide

Reed Exhibitions and International Vision Expo East do NOT support the Fair Guide -- it is NOT affiliated with Reed Exhibitions or Vision Expo. Please be aware that you may receive solicitations for the Fair Guide from Construct Data, its publisher, which use the name of Vision Expo Eastt – do not be fooled. Construct Data currently operates out of Slovakia (it has previously operated out of Austria and Germany).

Reed Exhibitions and International Vision Expo East also do NOT support the Expo-Guide -- it is NOT affiliated with Reed Exhibitions or Vision Expo. Please be aware that you may receive solicitations for the Expo-Guide from Commercial Online Manuals, its publisher, which use the name of Vision Expo East – again, do not be fooled. The Expo-Guide currently operates out of Mexico. For further warnings on the Fair Guide and the Expo-Guide, please check out www.stopecg.org (the website was set up originally to deal with the European City Guides, but it now addresses the Fair Guide and Expo-Guide as well as several other similar matters).

And please remember – the only directories and guides affiliated with Reed Exhibitions are those published by Reed Exhibitions, including the official show directories and the Expo Show Dailies. If you have any doubts about a directory/guide solicitation using the Vision Expo name (for example, if the solicitation requires payment made to an address in a foreign country), please contact a Vision Expo salesperson immediately.

International Vision Expo & Conference, in partnership with the OnPeak, are committed to providing you with the best travel deals around. OnPeak is the official travel provider for International Vision Expo & Conference. Don't be fooled by offers from other parties using the International Vision Expo & Conference or Vision Expo East names – they are NOT affiliated with Reed Exhibitions or Vision Expo. Remember, if the offer seems too good to be true, it probably is. At the very least, prior to booking with a party other than OnPeak, please check the prospective vendor's rating at www.bbb.org.
