Step 1—Download the Vision Expo East 2013 Application and Licensing Agreement

Step 2—Review the Vision Expo East 2013 floor plans below:

• Level 1 – Lenses & Processing Technology & Medical & Scientific Pavilion will be a Space Renewal Process
• Space Renewal starts on Tuesday February 21st
  • Live Floor Plan (*Please note: The 2013 Floor Plan is subject to change)
• Level 3 – Eyewear & Accessories will be a Space Selection Process while Galleria & Atrium will be a Space Renewal "Grandfathered" floor plan.
  • Space Selection Begins on Wednesday, February 22nd
    • Live Floor Plan (*Please note: The 2013 Floor Plan is subject to change.)

Step 3—Fill out the Vision Expo East 2013 Application and Licensing Agreement

Step 4—Sign and return your contract with a 20% deposit. Please email your contract to cdomans@reedexpo.com or fax to 203-840-9827.
