How do I register?

How do I add conference courses to my exhibit hall registration?
Register on-line here or contact Diana Press at 800-363-3631 or 203-840-5533 and she will register you right over the phone! You can also email Diana at dpress@reedexpo.com (Subject Line: Vision Expo Conference).
When do I receive my badge?
If you register before March 1, you will receive your badge in the mail 2 weeks prior to the show. If you register after March 1, please see below for Express Badge.
What is an Express Badge?
Express Badge is an option available only for eyecare professionals that register for the Exhibits Only. When you select the Express Badge option, your badge will not be mailed to you prior to the show. You will instead receive an email confirmation with your personal barcode that will allow you to print your badge at the show from one of our Express Badge Kiosks located in the Registration Area. Please remember to bring your confirmation letter with personalized barcode with you to the show.

What is the hotel reservation deadline?

Do you have shuttles?
Added this year: Newark Airport. Complimentary shuttles will be available on Sunday, March 21st from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm servicing the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center to LaGuardia International Airport (LGA), John F. Kennedy International (JFK), and now Newark Liberty International Airport (EWR).
Reservations are not necessary. Shuttle seats are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Airport shuttles will depart on the hour from the same location as the Vision Expo’s hotel shuttle area.
Vision Expo will also continue to run complimentary shuttles to and from Vision Expo East and official host hotels. When you book your hotel online through Official Housing, powered by Travel Technology Group, look for hotels marked as "Official Event Hotels" to know which of them offer complimentary shuttle service.
