To avoid additional charges after the deadline date, materials must arrive by Monday, March 05, 2010. The Freeman Companies will accept crated, boxed or skidded materials beginning February 8, 2010 at the above address. Warehouse freight will be delivered prior to exhibitor set up. If warehouse freight has to be moved in on a weekend in order to be in the exhibitor’s booth for move-in day, an overtime charge may apply. Warehouse receiving hours are 8:00am – 2:30pm, Monday-Friday. To check on the arrival of freight, please call 201-998-6444.

Direct shipment to show site will be received on the days and during the hours of exhibitor move-in only, please refer to the targeted move-in plans at the top of this page.
Freeman’s Exhibitor Services Department will gladly prepare your outbound Material Handling Agreement and Labels in advance. There phone number is 201-246-2160. Complete the Outbound Material Handling section on the order form and your paperwork will be available at show site. Be sure your carrier knows the company name and booth number when making arrangements for pick-up of your exhibit at the close of the show.
