Post your Press Releases
International Vision Expo East offers exhibitors a unique opportunity to post press releases to our website (www.visionexpoeast.com) for free. Send your releases to Caitlin Callaghan at ccallaghan@reedexpo.com, to be posted on our website.
Press Conferences
Exhibitors may choose to hold a press event at their booths or at the International Vision Expo East Press Conference Room (Room TBA). The Press Conference Room is available to exhibitors for press events during the show at no charge. It is provided to the exhibitor to enhance media exposure and augment the total value of show participation.
Pre-Registered Press List
Reed Exhibitions will create and distribute a list of media that have pre-registered to attend the International Vision Expo East with their name, title, media outlet and contact information. This list should be used to reach out to reporters with information on the unique product(s) you are launching and inviting them to test it out at the show. You should only contact a reporter if you think it is something they'd be interested in covering. Press Kits
Bring your press kits promoting your new products or services to the International Vision Expo Press Room (Room TBA). This free service is available to all exhibitors. Simply bring your press kits to the press room before the show begins for the media to review your latest products and services.

International Vision Expo East is collecting and showcasing all exhibitor Vision Expo specials and networking events, including events, parties, seminars, gifts with purchase, exhibitor product discounts, free gifts with no purchase necessary, new product launches, contests and more for attendees to view and print in order to help them plan their time at Vision Expo.
