Visa and Travel Information
International Vision Expo East offers resources for international visitors to facilitate the visa request process, including travel assistance and translation services. International attendees requesting a Letter of Invitation must be registered badge holders with a valid confirmation number prior to requesting a letter. A Non-Immigrant Visa Invitation Request Form is available online in the travel section of the Web site. Invitation requests must be received no later than three weeks prior to the show’s opening. Processing takes approximately five to seven business days.
